"Good quality, even with a last-minute order"
I ordered a hoodie and a few patches from girlscoutshop kind of in a rush, so I was just hoping everything would show up looking decent. i was happy with the quality. The hoodie is soft without feeling cheap, and the patches looked clean with no loose threads or anything. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing but no issues. My daughter has already worn the hoodie a bunch, and it still looks good after being washed

I ordered a few things and ended up needing to return one of them. The refund did come through, so that part was "fine," but it took longer than I thought it would and I had to follow up once. Customer service did get back to me, just not exactly "quickly." Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but the return and refund process could definitely be smoother

I signed up expecting my inbox to get hit with a ton of messages, but it’s actually been chill. They send updates often enough that I know what’s going on, but not so often that I’m rolling my eyes and unsubscribing. it’s one of the few email lists I’ve stayed on without even thinking about it

"Login has been reliable every time"
I’ve shopped on girlscoutshop.com a handful of times now, and the login has been smooth every single time. In the past, I’ve dealt with sites that constantly make me reset my password or randomly forget my saved info, so it’s been nice not having that issue here.

I can sign in quickly, my account details are still there, and I don’t get kicked out while I’m browsing. It’s a small thing, but when you’re just trying to place an order, having the account work the way it should makes the whole process a lot less frustrating...

There are lots of cute options, and I definitely found a few things I liked. At the same time, I felt a little unsure about some of the choices, so it wasn’t a total win for me. Still, if you like browsing for fun styles, it’s worth checking out.

so the site worked fine overall, but it took me longer than I expected to find the right badges and sizes. The menus felt a little crowded, which made browsing a bit frustrating, but once I found what I needed, checkout was easy enough.

I ordered online for pickup at my local council shop. The staff were friendly, so I can’t really complain too much, but the order did take longer than I thought it would. Maybe I was just expecting it to be quicker, but it felt a bit slow. Also, one of the badges was missing from the order, which was a little annoying.

I think the shipping price was totally fair, or at least it felt that way to me. There weren’t any surprise fees at checkout, which I always appreciate because that can get annoying fast
